Is the problem identity, campaign, or delivery?
A legal-name mismatch needs a different investigation from an incomplete consent journey. A message that fails after approval may need a delivery investigation instead of another campaign submission.
If you are unsure, use the brand-versus-campaign guide. For a self-service walkthrough, see campaign rejection diagnosis.
What a review can include
We can agree a review of the exact rejection reasons, the related submitted fields, public supporting pages, and previous correction attempts. The handoff can include a findings summary, unresolved questions, and a prioritized action list.
For each finding, a useful correction plan identifies:
- The feedback or evidence behind the concern.
- The field or public page that needs attention.
- What information the client must confirm.
- Who owns the correction.
- Whether resubmission is available or support needs to intervene.
Implementation, document rewriting, appeal preparation, and resubmission are separate scope decisions. Tell us which of those you need.
Example: three descriptions of one program
A campaign says appointment reminders. Its samples advertise discounts. The signup page promises only booking updates. Changing one sentence in the campaign will not reconcile those three different accounts of the program.
The review should establish what messages the business actually intends to send, which recipients agreed to them, and which submitted details are inaccurate. This is an illustrative mismatch, not an approval formula.

Before you submit again
Keep the existing notice, campaign identifier, submission date, and a copy of the previous details. Correct the identified issues and check whether your platform permits resubmission for that rejection. Do not recreate campaigns simply to avoid reading the feedback.
Questions
Can every rejection be fixed?
No. Some cases involve an unsupported use case, ineligible resubmission, or a decision only the provider can investigate. A review should identify that boundary rather than promise a cosmetic fix.
Are provider fees included?
This page does not quote a package or include provider charges. Confirm the service scope and fees separately from registration, vetting, recurring, and messaging charges.
What should I send first?
The complete rejection text, platform, stage, public URLs, and a short list of changes already attempted. Keep tax documents and customer records out of the public inquiry form.
